I am a CT Team member for Betty Jo Martin and she sells at Kathrynbalint.com. The desingers there got together and put together a wonderful kit called Noah Ark 2 by 2. I used it to scrap some of my pictures that we took while going to the zoo. Funny thing about this.....is that I took my tripod with me so I could get a picture of me with the kids and wouldn't have to worry about asking someone to take it for me. I just don't want anyone holding my Camera. LOL

Kids thought I had lost my mind.....LOL

I'm Back

ok.....been missing for awhile but I am back and I got lots to share with you so enjoy what will be coming up. We are having a very cold day today. It's been in the 50's for our Winter days but last nite it got down to 13 and there is no School. It's not because of the weather it's because so many kids are sick. So today my Boy is at home with me......but I will be lucky to see him. Because just like a teenager.......no school.....stay up all nite and sleep all day. LOL

I went and got a new addition to my camera this past weekend and I am so excited about the new lens. Yep more picture taking. I went and got a 50mm f1.4 for my Nikon D50 so I can take some portrait pictures.

As you can tell in the above photo it focuses in the middle while blurring around the edges with just a press of the shutter button. Yeah.......make my life easier.....LOL........will be doing some more practicing with it so we will see if it was worth buying. Ok........now lets get busy with all the stuff I have been scrapping.

A Mother's Love

Oh when I seen this kit I knew that I had a perfect picture to scrap with it. My DD is so proud to be a Mom and they have a bond to cherish.I used the Betty Jo's Cherry Blush kit created by Betty Jo Martin at Kathryn Balint Digital Scrapbooking.

Yippee......I finally figured out how to do the blending like I wanted. After using these two pictures...I didn't want to use alot of other stuff so I grapped the Groupies Set 2 created by Doris Castle at Scrapbookgraphics and I also used PaperFrame created by Misty Cato which was a freebie in the December Newsletter at Scrapbook-Elements.

Cheese

Remembering when they say "Cheese" when you get out the camera......LOL

I just thought that I was going to take my GB Chirstmas pictures. Boy was I in for a task. She just wasn't into the spirit. LOL....Check these out. Just gotta love those babies during the holidays. But after a few pictures I got to get a good one.......LOL

The Joy of Christmas

We decorate our pine tree that is at the corner of our yard every year. This year my GB got to help me and she had so much fun putting the big decorations on it that it really brought the meaning to christmas to my house this year. Wow

I just want everyone to know that I have started working with the support group with the site of ScrapOutSidetheBox. I am really looking forward to working with all the designers there. Being only 15months old you wouldn't think that she would know what was going on.....but it didn't take her long and she got the hang of it.
